Tiny and crowded, and located just a few blocks from the beach, Little Saigon has a strong following, especially at lunch with the locals. The prices are right and the food is very fresh. Among the must-try dishes are pho, mango chicken and shrimp spring rolls, and sweet-and-sour fish soup. There’s a vegan menu that has offerings tempting even to carnivores. Service can be a little frantic.
