THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Lola's Restaurant Review:
You might vie with celebrities for a spot at the pool table at this late-night venue. Owner Loren Dunsworth keeps the good times rolling with more than 75 varieties of exotic martinis. The "Cirque du Soleil" is particularly compelling, made with saké, vermouth, ginger and edible glitter. The menu includes starters like the signature mac ‘n’ cheese and a crab cake with fennel-apple slaw. Meatloaf with Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, angel hair pasta with lobster, and a beef burger stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella are available as entrées. Cookies are baked to order, and a chocolate bread pudding is topped with vanilla ice cream. During brunch, a section of the menu is dedicated to items that are "good with maple syrup," like blueberry-banana pancakes. The kitchen pumps out plates until 2 a.m. on the weekends.
