The source of the restaurant's name is not an old singing group, but Shawn Loving, chef-proprietor of the restaurant, who returned home after several years spent working for Disney establishments. Located on Copper Creek Golf Club, the restaurant’s American-inspired specialties include crab and shrimp cakes, five-onion soup, thyme-roasted chicken with grilled yams and country pork ribs. The setting is sophisticated and upbeat with lots of windows offering a view of the golf course.
