THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED The hotel serves its guests for breakfast and lunch, but at night Paul Luna's inventive tapas menu takes over, making this an ideal stop for downtown nibbling, and post-event or progressive dining. Dishes on this menu are grouped by price, ranging from $4-$6. Skip the fried potato wedges with Gorgonzola cheese dip as you only get four slices, and a buck per potato wedge seems a mite silly. Better deals are the garlic grilled shrimp, perfectly plump and sweet shrimp cooked just to the done stage. Rollatini (eggplant filled with ricotta cheese) is filling in its blanket of tomato sauce. The wine list is decent, if not stellar. Look for frequent wine-focused events with special menus at reasonable prices.
