THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Macaroni Sciue Sciue Restaurant Review:

An offshoot of popular North Beach hole-in-the-wall Caffè Macaroni, this restaurant offers more of the same authentic Neapolitan fare, but complements it with several selections from other regions in Southern Italy. Rich, creamy dishes such as tortellini carbonara are a decadent alternative to the lightly sauced seafood specialties that originate in Naples. The bustling, family-friendly restaurant sits just across the street from the first Macaroni and has very similar décor, except for the fact that, as chef-owner Mario chuckles, you can't touch the ceilings.
