Madame Janette Restaurant Review:
Founded by Ramon Helgers and Karsten Gesing, Madame Janette is the result of combined international experiences. Exotic fruits, herbs and vegetables are integrated into the menu, which offers appetizers, seafood and low-fat "Caribbean Delights" dishes. The menu also features MJ Signature Steaks and Meats, as well as a section dedicated to pork tenderloin schnitzel. Guests can pair dinner with something from the cocktail list, the international wine program or selection of craft beers.
