Chef Kyle Kawakami uses local island ingredients in the freshly crafted dishes offered from his Maui food truck. Expect a range of cuisines resulting in the likes of niçoise salad, cioppino and Indian-spiced seared ahi. Find the truck on Mondays at the University of Hawaii Maui College Campus 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; Wednesdays at Wailuku Banyan Tree Park (Market St.) 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; and Fridays at 137 Kaahumanu Ave. 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
