THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Maxim Palace Restaurant Review:
Under new ownership, this bastion of Chinese treats looks sleekly trim and is a favorite destination for Chinese banquets. Most people come here for the daily dim sum on carts and the decidedly Hong Kong-style food, from seafood dishes (lobster, crab, oyster, conch, squid, abalone, sea cucumber) to the usual delights: Hunan or orange beef, moo goo gai pan and the ubiquitous General Tsos chicken. Dont forget the noodle dishes like the commendable beef chow foon with Chinese broccoli. Keep an eye out for daily specials and maybe even a Vietnamese dish or two.
