Café Ile St. Louis offers casual dining at Paris Las Vegas. Keeping with the très French ambience for which the property is known, the restaurant is designed like a bistro, complete with brass rails and “outdoor” patio seating overlooking the casino floor. The eatery caters to both French and American palates with a varied menu. Breakfast is traditional American fare, from steak and eggs to eggs Benedict. The French portion of the menu shows up for lunch and dinner options. Alongside hot wings and chicken tenders, one can find a beefy, gooey version of French onion soup. Specials are creative, but French classics such as coq au vin and coquilles St-Jacques are well executed. There are several burger options including Angus beef with foie gras pâté, caramelized apples and balsamic gastrique on a brioche bun. Salads, cold sandwiches, steaks and Italian specialties round out the menu.
