Great Eastern Restaurant Review:
As in most other Hong Kong-style restaurants, seafood is the draw here, and it couldn't be fresher-it comes straight from the restaurant's briny aquariums. The tanks are filled with crabs, abalone, prawns, oysters, scallops, frogs and various fin fish, which are priced by the pound. The live prawns are memorable-steamed with a generous dose of minced garlic. Among the non-seafood dishes, both quail and squab are popular.
