JoAnn's Cafe Restaurant Review:
If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then JoAnn's is the most important restaurant on the Peninsula. The restaurant serves terrific french toast from homemade orange bread topped with orange slices and glazed with maple syrup; the huevos rancheros Don Pasqual come with black bean salsa, green chile salsa, feta cheese and a side of cinnamon-flecked sautéed bananas. Portions are generous. Although mainly known as a breakfast spot, the café is also open for lunch and dinner (some nights), serving typical American fare and good homemade desserts.
