The restaurant’s focus is on the authentic Vietnamese dishes. Favorites include goi cuon (fresh summer rolls) and chim cut (crispy quails), which are fine for sharing. Entrée highlights include banh xeo (Vietnamese yellow pancake), a vegetarian special; and bun tom, thit nuong, cha gio (vermicelli combination). Servers eagerly assist anyone new to Vietnamese cuisine by making suggestions and supplying explanations. Need a jolt? Lang Van offers the potent café sua da drink that packs a flavor and caffeine wallop.
