Laredos Menu
Classy sports bar meets upscale Mexican cantina with Tex-Mex cuisine.
Laredos Restaurant Review:
Chef and co-owner Jose Betancourt, who hails from Northern Mexico, offers a menu that blends Southern Texan and Northern Mexican cuisines. Noteworthy dishes include carne asada and tacos al pastor, which feature marinated pork cooked on a rotisserie and served in handmade corn tortillas with charred pineapple, onion and cilantro. Vegetarians enjoy the black bean and roasted corn enchiladas, while a variation on the classic American burger is seen in a mesquite flavored patty topped with a cheese-stuffed Anaheim pepper. For dessert, indulge in the flan or sweet rice milk cheesecake. Open daily from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m., Laredos is a good choice for a casual pre-theatre dinner, but ballet- or opera-goers may need to switch gears to enjoy the boisterous atmosphere.
