Nam is an unassuming restaurant with wheatgrass centerpieces, heirloom photograph light fixtures and tasty Vietnamese fare. Special dishes include crispy red snapper in chili lime sauce, jumbo shrimp sautéed with vegetables in light curry coconut sauce, and sautéed chicken with spicy lemon grass sauce. There are also good standards here like the banh xeo, a coconut floor dosa-like dish filled with pork and shrimp, as well as scallop-laced curry bowls.
