Enjoy an authentic taste of Carnaval, sans the plane tickets to Rio, at Samba Brazilian Steakhouse at Universal CityWalk. Latin music and dancers combine with an all-you-can-eat feast of skewered meats like flavorful and tender lamb, pork and chicken. The dedicated caipirinha bar serves up variations of Brazil’s national drink, such as a blackberry and basil, as well as one with strawberry and mint. Like most churrascarias, guests are welcome to a salad bar before indulging in the mesquite-grilled meat --- a wide variety of cuts served tableside off of sword-like spits, until you can take no more. Samba’s patio offers a quieter counterpoint to the energy inside, with soothing bossa nova-inspired tunes and low-sitting lounge couches and tables. Also located at 207 N.
