Sanctuary T Menu
Tea-infused Asian and European-inspired dishes at an intimate SoHo eatery.
Sanctuary T Restaurant Review:
This intimate SoHo spot is not just a teahouse. In fact, because of --- not despite --- the variety of 50 different teas available, the menu offers rich, multifaceted fare. The kitchen, led by the talented Donovan Tian, manages to infuse tea into Asian and European-inspired dishes that are increasingly complex with every bite. Start with house-made burrata, beef-ricotta meatballs, or truffle mac 'n' cheese. Hanger steak marinated in barbecue sauce, grilled lemon grass chicken, and miso-marinated salmon demonstrate the same philosophy in the entrées. The extensive cocktail menu consists of creatively concocted tea libations.
