Spris Restaurant Review:
Baby sister to Tiramesu in South of Fifth, Spris is the less serious, more fun sibling turning out wholesome pizzas. Fresh mozzarella on the wood oven-baked porcini pie bubbles beneath ripe tomato and arugula. Smoked salmon crostini with warm Brie is simultaneously salty, creamy, delicate and crispy. Cured beef carpaccio is ruby red beneath a salad of Parmesan, fresh oranges and arugula.
