Ride, ride, ride the slopes of Brighton Ski Resort and enjoy a hearty lunch or dinner later in Molly Green’s. You’ll languish amid the upstairs charm of historic Brighton Manor while waiting for your pizza, hot wings or French onion soup. Nonetheless, we like the jalapeño burger while sipping a microbrew from the fully stocked bar, or simply order the nacho pile and let the whole family dig in. If you have a sweet tooth at meal’s end, go for the double-layer devil’s food cake. Note: Molly's attracts the rowdy snowboarding crowd.
