In what is probably one of Maryland’s most unique eateries, expect to find true-to-tradition falafel that will even pass muster with purists. Attached to a kosher market that stocks all the goodies you might purchase in its counterpart in, say, Haifa, Israel, the stand is just that: a counter where you order from a limited selection on the blackboard menu (shwarma is another specialty) and then try to find one of several tables in the market itself to eat or opt to takeaway.
