The general theme of rock 'n' roll memorabilia that is the raison d'être of the Hard Rock Hotel permeates this 24/7 restaurant. The booths of tiger-striped fabric that would be perfect on any lead singer's costume and the wood floors that remind one of 1950s-era bowling alleys continue the fantasy. For breakfast, huge omelets filled with an array of choices are served with toast or English muffins and a mound of hash browns, as is the seven-ounce top sirloin steak with two eggs. We like the barbecued salmon with lemon-tarragon orzo and asparagus, and the spaghetti with giant meatballs, marinara sauce and shaved Parmesan. Like other 24-hour restaurants on the Strip, Mr. Lucky's also offers Asian dishes such as a teriyaki chicken bowl or Chinese chicken salad. The hot fudge sundaes and banana splits are enough for two, plus there is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.
