Mud City Crab House is a true Jersey Shore experience with its marshland view and rustic ambience. The place is always packed, and after dining here once, you’ll understand why. It’s a fish market and a restaurant with a heavy emphasis on locally caught seafood. Specialties include fresh fish with a selection of sauces made daily and house-made jumbo lump crab cakes. Blue crabs are served Maryland-style or garlic-style --- both are irresistible and endless fun if you enjoy “pickin’.” Service is efficient and well meaning. Expect to wait a bit for a table, especially on weekends.
