THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Nantucket's Reef Restaurant Review:
Yes, this restaurant is in Rockville, not in New England, but its menu will inspire thoughts of coastal Massachusetts. Think, of course, of seafood, starting with such lunch appetizers as ahi blackened tuna, “lobsta” spinach queso, and coconut-crusted shrimp with a habanero-mango sauce; at dinner, add a few oyster offerings to your appetizer choices. The kitchen turns out salads such as a crab or a “lobsta” salad for both mealtimes, but entrées vary. At lunch, you can pick up a lobster roll or tuck into fish tacos, which are not available in the evening. Entrée choices include mostly seafood dishes, though a chicken or beef main course appears. Simply a must-order at either meal is the bread pudding, more custard than bread, and topped with ice cream and a caramely tres leches. Ask about which of the wines would pair well with your seafood choice.
