Navesink Fishery Restaurant Review:
Park in the supermarket lot, venture in and then walk right past the seafood-filled refrigerated cases to the back room. This is where they’re cooking up fresh seafood; nothing fancy, with dishes ranging from oyster stew and pan-roasted flounder amandine to shrimp served dozens of ways. The menu offers a broad array of selections plus a few landlubber specialties. The broiled seafood combination platter is a treasure trove generous enough to be dinner and then lunch the next day. We recommend the chowder, either the white or red. Desserts are simple and sweet. Service is efficient.
