Now that restaurateur Will Guidara and chef Daniel Humm have opened The NoMad Los Angeles hotel in downtown Los Angeles, the food truck has switched to only being available at special events and catering. Offerings include The NoMad chicken burger with truffle mayo, frisée and pickled shallots; bacon-wrapped Humm Dog with black truffle and celery relish; rosemary and lemon french fries; and milk & honey soft serve.
