The latest in a plethora of noodle houses to hit Dallas, Noodles & Company is fast-casual concept with sleek blond wood counters, tables and chairs set against creamy yellow walls. Counter service is friendly enough and since the menu describes each dish in detail, there's no need for the servers to know all the intricacies of the menu. We like the pad thai, moist noodles in a piquant peanut sauce, and were very happy with peanut noodle salad, a mess of rice noodles, peanut sauce, scallions, carrots sprouts and greens all happily tossed together. Though we can't seem to tear ourselves away from the Asian dishes on the menu, friends in the under 12 set swear by the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese.
