Norma's Restaurant Review:

Located at Parker Palm Springs, Norma's offers comfort food with a twist to hotel and non-hotel guests alike. Its al fresco setting is almost as enticing as its menu. A variety of Benedicts are available at breakfast; two are carried over to lunch: Norma’s eggs Benedict served on a buttermilk pancake rather than a muffin; and the "Artychoked" Benedict accompanied by a truffle-porcini sauce. Familiar dishes may have unique pairings; for example, a grilled cheese is made with Gouda and mushrooms and built with a baguette. There's matzoh ball chicken pho as well as crispy fish tacos with chipotle salsa and pickled onions. For dessert, try one of the dozens of pies, including mini pies and the pie shake.
