North Italia Restaurant Review:
Fox Restaurant Concepts has opened its first Nevada location of North Italia, within Rampart Commons in Summerlin. The Italian taverna offers an open and airy atmosphere with modern design elements, including its signature exhibition kitchen with a red hood overlooking the dining room, and also a spacious outdoor patio. The menu highlights dishes such as prosciutto bruschetta with crescenza cheese, burrata tortelloni with roasted mushroom, red wine-glazed short rib with creamy mascarpone polenta, and The Pig pizza with spicy pepperoni, soppressata and Italian sausage. North Italia’s cocktail, wine and beer list features local breweries Tenaya Creek, Joseph James and CraftHaus.
