I.O. is on GAYOT's 2016 Most Adventurous Restaurants.Executive chef/owner Jason Quinn cooks for select diners at I.O. (Invitation Only), the unique culinary experience he offers at his exclusive space located next door to Playground at Playground 2.0, which also hosts pop-ups, special dinners and more. As its name suggests, I.O. is not accessible to everyone. Rather, guests of Playground are hand-picked by waitstaff to receive an invitation to I.O., where they can gather to taste the food that inspires Quinn and crew.
