This is the place to go for down-home comfort food, with cooking that’s a country hybrid of Pennsylvania Dutch and pure soul. Massive buffet tables overflow with mac ‘n’ cheese, peppered cabbage, fried chicken and roasts. You won't find outstanding service, it’s mostly do-it-yourself. But, of course, this means you'll never get a waitress giving you the bum's rush. Instead, you can settle in for hours, returning over and over to the buffet line for helpings of hot soups, fresh salads and warm breads. We just can't get enough of the hot, frosted cinnamon buns.
