After a decade-long hiatus, Ondine has reopened serving food as exquisite as its bay views. A daily changing seafood triangle showcases fresh sashimi preparations. The grilled John Dory is a treat of taste and texture; mushroom gnocchi is paired with Manila clams, saffron tomato vermouth and jalape-o oil. The dishes are delicate, complex flavor combinations presented with true artistry. The redo of the interior is spectacular.
