THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Opus Restaurant Restaurant Review:
Equal parts chic urban loft and comfortable living room, this lovely restaurant contributes hip style to Littleton’s Main Street. “Act One” dishes may include white cheddar agnolotti with onion brodo and Black Diamond cheddar, oysters Rockefeller, or a lush salad of escargots, English peas, fricassée and baby carrots. Dry-aged Colorado lamb chops and wild mushroom and pea ragoût or organic Atlantic salmon paired with spring cassoulet might appear for “Act Two.” End the meal with a trio of house sorbets or perhaps the orange creamsicle crème brûlée drizzled with blood orange syrup. To complement chef Sean McGaughey's engaging menu, a sommelier will guide oenophiles and novices alike through a well-chosen list of new world-focused selections and some great hard-to-find bottles.
