Oso Ristorante Restaurant Review:
There are few better addresses in Singapore for as-good-as-home-cooked Italian food than Oso Ristorante, where diners partake of chef Diego Chiarini’s authentic cuisine. Chiarini brings his training in kitchens like the Le Royal Monceau in Paris, and under Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, to his dishes that combine flavors from across Italy. We recommend the creamy burrata, or the beef tenderloin crudo in black truffle purée to kick-start the meal. Caviar aficionados can indulge, but no one should miss chef Chiarini’s pasta and risotto creations, prepared simply and confidently. Highlights include the durum wheat rigatoni with braised pork ragout as well as a savory risotto with black truffle purée and mascarpone. Still hungry? For desserts, you'll find tiramisu, panna cotta and gelati and sorbetti.
