Starters include lettuce wraps, harvest spring rolls, and hot-and-sour soup. However, beware the ahi salad, which is sometimes overwhelmed by Chinese five-spice. If pairing wines with Chinese food has always been a mystery, select a wine from the carefully chosen list designed to complement the seasonings and spices of this versatile cuisine.
