P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review:
Disco decibels greet you at P.F. Chang's, where long weekend-night waits are typical and people stack up at the bar in sardine-like conviviality. The fact that the kitchen serves bistro-style Chinese fare is really irrelevant, since most people come here for the casual atmosphere and the merriment. Even the presence of stylized Chinese décor and faux Xian terra-cotta warriors can't change the fact that this is an all-American hangout. Best bets are the salt-and-pepper shrimp, the red-sauced wontons and the tender beef garnished with strips of fresh orange peel. Other locations.
