THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Palomino Restaurant Review:
Score another one for the Restaurants Unlimited group of Seattle, which knows how to make theme restaurants work. In this case, Palomino is sort of Italian, sort of contemporary, sort of hip and trendy. The restaurant often is packed, due in large part to the location in the heart of the booming Golden Triangle. And, the place dishes up popular fare and cheery, good service. Open with the hot artichoke-Parmesan dip, or with a tasty plate of calamari served with an exceptionally flavorful sauce. The main courses are often not as good. The menu features an assortment of meats from the grill, a good selection of seafood dishes that includes a nicely made paella, and a pasta list that extends to a creamy fettuccine dish in a tongue-caressing nut sauce. Have dessert at the table, or retire to the bar to sample Palomino's impressive collection of grappas.
