Pangaea has won local approval for its international menus and casual atmosphere. The name, which means one world, refers to Earth before the continental drift. Chef Rob Hunter uses organic and locally grown produce on his menu, which includes the not-to-be missed stuffed poblano. Other choices range from burgers and rack of lamb to seared pepper-crusted ahi tuna. The steadily expanding wine list reflects some of the area’s favorites.
