THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paradigm Restaurant Review:

Paradigm offers a sleek, contemporary setting, including a handsome 50-foot-long granite bar with votive candles casting a blue glow. It's hard to tell the staff from the customers, since just about everyone is wearing black and look like models. But you've got to wonder when people talk more about the see-through bathroom doors that become opaque when they lock than they do about the food. Some of the combinations are head-scratchers---vanilla bean vinaigrette over spinach and avocado? But the smoked mozzarella appetizer is a winner, same with the honey-glazed salmon and the ginger-soy halibut.
