THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paradise Bay Restaurant Review:
Executive chef Thomas Mitchell, formerly of Sushi Ran and Campton Place, serves up local produce, meat and seafood in this sleekly designed restaurant with a million-dollar view. An entire wall opens up to let in the sea breezes when the weather’s clement. Menu standouts include grilled sturgeon finished with tangerine-ginger vinaigrette and grass-fed buffalo osso buco braised in soy and pineapple and served with coconut-mango rice. We recommend the coconut prawns as well as the ahi tartare roll. For lunch, try the crab-shrimp melt---fresh Dungeness crab, Oregon shrimp with aged cheddar and horseradish aïoli on focaccia. There's a good Key lime tart with raspberry coulis for dessert. Enjoy drinks al fresco at the full-service outdoor bar.
