Parkway Deli & Restaurant Restaurant Review:
This is a great place to break the fast on Yom Kippur or to eat any day of the year. You can make a takeout selection---from baked chicken and mashed potatoes to a cheesecake of your choice---from the front deli counter. But savvy patrons head to the restaurant in back for a full-fledged and very casual sit-down meal. Breakfasts, with their staggering portions, are immensely popular. Later in the day, meals get big and tempting such as matzoh ball soup or chopped chicken liver and stuffed cabbage or roast fresh brisket of beef. Lighter fare includes triple-decker clubs and kosher dogs. The milk shakes are thick and creamy---a perfect partner to any meal.
