Peruvian Brothers Restaurant Review:
The Peruvian Brothers’ trucks are found in the downtown area and near the Mall, and that’s a lucky turn for office workers at midday who want good food that isn’t pricey. Five sandwiches and three empanadas are available, plus a couple of salads and Peruvian mashed potatoes as sides. Best bets are the butifarra sandwich, a tender roll stuffed with pork loin, and the beef or chicken empanada. Desserts include Peruvian-style ice creams and the classic Peruvian treat, the alfajor, buttery cookies sandwiched together with dulce de leche.
