Jean Zylberman, nostalgic for his Little Country, presents kosher Yiddish cuisine in one of the most pleasant squares in the Marais. Stuffed carp, matzoh ball soup and hot pickle coexist peacefully with pastrami, smoked salmon and, on Saturdays, tchoulent (white beans cooked in goose fat). Outdoor dining in the summer.
