Pluto's Restaurant Review:

Pluto's is a modern cafeteria with made-to-order salads constructed in a five-step process: choose the size of your salad, the type of greens you prefer, the "fixings," an optional meat or vegetarian add-on and a dressing. There's also a vegetable counter, where a baked potato or grilled eggplant can make up the heart of a meal. Another station serves grilled flank steak or roasted turkey. Sandwiches built with freshly carved meats are generous and tasty. This place is popular with students.
