This authentic Italian nook was established in 1994 by Peter Kaba who honed his culinary skills in Italy, New York and Chicago before making his way to Fort Worth. Kaba's wife did all of the decorating, from the uniquely textured walls to the ceiling covered in antiquated Italian newspapers. The Prima combo, which includes shrimp, chicken and mushrooms in a brandy cream sauce, is a house favorite. Make sure to lug along your favorite beer or wine to complement your meal, as the eatery doesn't have a liquor license. The amaretto cheesecake is a sweet way to wrap up lunch or dinner.
