After several chef shuffles, The Purple Palm has developed a following with chef Nick Tall at the helm, as Tall creates delicious fare for this Movie Colony resort and dining destination. Expect menu items to include octopus with garbanzo bean pesto and grapefruit as well as main courses ranging from black cod with pickled strawberries to a pork chop with ancho chile glaze. As this is a hotel restaurant, you can wander in for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a relaxed and resort-like setting that is the quintessential Palm Springs experience.
