Michael Stillman, co-founder of the restaurant group Quality Branded, is behind Quality Bistro, his take on a modern French bistro in midtown. Seating 180 guests across multiple dining rooms, the place serves an Alsatian tarte flambée, French onion soup, escargots and steak frites. Antonio Mora is the executive chef.
