Located in the heart of the Hilton's Star Trek: The Experience®, Quark's delights both hardcore Trekkies and casual fans of the series. No admission fee is required to spend time here browsing the gift shop in the company of intergalactic travelers, and viewing scenes of Star Trek movies on TV screens. Among savory entrées, we like the sulu toss (pan-seared sweet saki teriyaki chicken or shrimp tossed with bean sprouts, bok choy, broccoli, carrots, cilantro, green onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and white onion). A full rack of baby back flaming ribs of Targ with Szechwan barbecue and cilantro peanut pesto is served with garlic mashed potatoes. Go romantic with the oo-mox---chocolate fondue for two with strawberries and whipped cream.
