Quinzi & Gabrieli Restaurant Review:

The Quinzi & Gabrieli experience begins before you even look at its menu. The three dining rooms were decorated by the Academy of Fine Arts and each is covered in hand-painted murals depicting a particular theme: “Sunrise at Portofino,” “Sunset at Capri” and “Night-time at Elba.” Once you manage to take your eyes off the walls you’ll notice the freshness of the seafood, evolved takes on beloved Mediterranean dishes, as the main ingredients go straight from the tank to the kitchen and are prepared in front of patrons. Don’t miss out on the raw fish options, which are subtly seasoned only to enhance the natural flavors. Another notable possibility is the sauté di vongole antipasto. For dessert, try the homemade sorbet. Accompany your meal with a glass of wine from the selection of Italian and international labels.
