Rangoli started out offering a casual take on Vikram Vij and Meeru Dhalwala’s imaginative Indian fare. The restaurant has moved nearby into the larger former space of Vij’s, and has expanded the menu and hours. You’ll still find favorites such as the mogo fries; beef short ribs in kalonji seed curry with rice and naan; and rice pudding with almonds and cardamom. Cocktails include classics along with signature creations. The express lunch menu offers choices like lamb mini-kebobs at value pricing.
