THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Red Sky Cafe & Catering Restaurant Review:
THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Chef Steve Schultz turns up the heat with appetizers like the filet mignon tips that blends the flavors of chilies, balsamic vinegar, Cabernet, goat cheese and wild mushrooms, or entrées of sweet corn risotto and goat cheese-stuffed prawns. Daily specials such as the Monday Date Night, Thursday Night Osso Bucco and Saturday Wild Game Night bring in the crowds. And where else can you grab a boxed lunch these days? Granted you’ll have to give 24-hours notice, but the salads and sandwiches would work equally well for a hike in nearby Sabino Canyon or a tasty respite at the office. Red Sky is also one of, or perhaps the only, restaurant in Tucson where happy hour includes free appetizers. There’s also a Sunday brunch complete with made-to-order omelets, smoked salmon and polenta.
