Reflections’ menu highlights Florida’s favorite dishes: seafood, pastas and red meat selections. If you dine during sunset, expect to find a fish-of-the-day offering, which almost always includes grouper (when in season) and salmon. And Fridays bring an all-you-can-eat fish fry. Speaking of sunsets, the popular Sunset Salad combines hearts of palm, tomatoes, oranges, mangoes and sun-dried papaya, served in a ring of cheese with crushed pecans. Still hungry? See if the fried banana split or the turtle cheesecake generously drizzled with caramel sauce are available.
